George Myers – Founder and Advisor
George is the founder of ExitHigh and developer of the tools, methodologies, and technology used by ExitHigh. ExitHigh’s sole purpose is to help entrepreneurs build more valuable companies, prepare for exits, and – at the right time – execute the optimal exit transactions.
George has over twenty-five years of experience managing technology and software companies and is CEO of Synapse Wireless, an enterprise Software-as-a-Service company specializing in the Internet of Things (IoT). Prior to Synapse, George was a senior manager for SunGard, an S&P 500 global software and services company, which was one of the most acquisitive firms on Wall Street completing over a 150 acquisitions as the company grew revenue from $75 million to over $4 billion. As an entrepreneur, George founded a technology services firm and worked for four years as a Managing Director with a boutique investment bank building an exit advisory services practice prior to launching ExitHigh in 2013.
George earned an M.B.A. from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Master’s of Science in Administration and Planning from the University of Tennessee. He is a Certified M&A Advisor, a member of the Association of Mergers & Acquisitions Advisors, a member of the board of visitors at the University of Tennessee, serves on the Board of Trustees at St. Andrews-Sewanee School, and actively supports the entrepreneurial business community. George is a native of Sewanee, TN and a longtime resident of Birmingham, AL.
